BIDGENCY GROUP LP participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) and complies with its Specifications and Policies. Our identification number within the framework’s Global Vendor List is 1403.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data for the advertising purposes disclosed in the Global Vendor List on the basis of the user’s consent, as transmitted to us through the TCF by the consent management platform (CMP) present on our partners’ websites. Where no valid consent signal is received for those purposes, we do not process personal data for them.
In addition, we process limited personal data (such as IP address, user-agent and short-lived technical identifiers) on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) strictly for the following Special Purposes, as defined by the TCF:
Processing for these Special Purposes is limited to what is strictly necessary, does not include building advertising profiles, and the data involved is retained for no longer than 13 months. We have carried out and documented a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) for this processing, which balances our interests against the rights and freedoms of users; a summary is available upon request.
To exercise your rights under the GDPR (including access, erasure and objection), or to request the LIA summary, contact us at [email protected]. Where our processing relies on consent collected through the TCF, you can also review or withdraw your choices at any time through the privacy settings link provided on the website where you gave them.
We retain information only as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from them.
If you access our services from outside your jurisdiction, be aware that your information may be transferred and processed in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
